Payment and Cancellation

How will payment be collected?

Due to the current social distancing guidelines, we will not be collecting paper cash or cheques. We will only accept payment through bank transfer or PayPal.

Once you have registered with us via our website, we will email you our bank account and PayPal details and let you know of your total payment fee based on the courses you’ve signed up for.  

Within 5 days, please bank transfer your total payment fee to our bank account or PayPal and email us when you have done so. 

Lessons will not start until we have received payment.

Please note that payment should never be made directly to your allocated tutor.

Our cancellation policy

We have a cancellation policy regarding refunds should you wish to stop lessons in the midst of your course.

This will be emailed to you alongside your total payment fee upon your registration.

Once you’ve completed your course…

our help does not stop there!

At the end of every course, we will provide students with a booklet compiling what they’ve been taught in lessons, including personalised tips and tricks from all 7 tutors.

The information we collate in this booklet are critical ones that we’ve picked based on our experience of sitting the 2019 admission tests and interviews. We believe that this is integral to strengthening your medical school application.

In addition to receiving an all-in-one booklet, a complimentary follow-up strategy session is also up for grabs!

Our ethos, ultimately, is to help you succeed.

No matter what course you have applied for, you will be entitled to a free-of-charge application strategy session after you’ve completed all your admission tests.  
In the session, advice will be offered on where you are most likely to submit the most competitive application. This lesson is optional and is meant to help you decide which universities to apply for based on your strengths through discussion of your results. Alternatively, you may also use the lesson to ask any other questions you may still have.
